Greek Dressing

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or dried Italian herbs
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a mason jar. Shake well to combine! Will last in the refrigerator for up to one week.
