Homemade Chia See Pudding

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 13.5 oz can coconut milk
  • 34 TBS maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Hazelnut extract or 1 tsp Almond extract or 1 TBS vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour mixture in a measuring cup to easily pour into mason jars.
  3. Divide mixture between 5 4oz mason jars (or other container).
  4. Secure with lid and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Eat over the next 4-5 days.
  6. Top pudding with berries or cinnamon or a drizzle of honey.
