Name: Homemade Chipotle Honey Dressing
Ingredients: 1/2 cup olive oil; 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar; 3 TBS honey; 1 small chili in adobo; 2 tsp adobo sauce (start here and add more adobo sauce if you want more heat); 2 garlic cloves; 1/2 tsp cumin; 1/2 tsp salt; Juice from 1 lime; 2 TBS cold water

Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

4 TBS honey
2 TBS warm water
3 TBS Dijon Mustard
1 TBS apple cider vinegar

Instructions

In a mason jar add the honey and warm water. Whisk to thin out the honey.
Add the dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar. Secure lid and shake until mixed together.

Notes

Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
